This has been a wonderful property as a first home. As the front of the property faces an area set as greenfield with no car access it has always felt open and private. The main bedroom is at the front of the property and therefore there is no noise from vehicles. There are Montbretia (or coppertip) flowers, tulips and daffodils planted outside of the front of the house which flower in spring and summer. The rear garden is enclosed and is sunny nearly all day during the summer months and due to the fact the car parking area is behind the garden does not feel overlooked or closed in. Coity primary school is walking distance from the property but the area around the house would not be busy in the mornings and after school as it is not in an area you would drive to to drop children to school.
