My parents brought this property from new approximately 48 years ago. It was a real home to them and they have both been very happy living here. The neighbours are very pleasant and friendly and it is very quiet too.

The location is perfect, so close to Horsham town centre and the A24. If you don't drive then the bus stop is close by so you will have no worries.

Since owning the property my parents have kept the house looking like new but it is in need of some minor improvements.

I will be sorry to see the house sell as it has many happy memories!!
