This was my fathers home since 1983 and when it was built all those years ago, I was ale to monitor the build as I was in the building game myself.
My father picked this as the best plot and the parking and good sized garden help to justify this choice.
The tank and central heating boiler are relatively new and we plan to also leave a relatively new shed which is at the foot of the garden.
