We move back from Australia a few years ago. When we decided to come back we really wanted a property that required no work, as we just didn't have time. After looking around we came to the conclusion that new builds were our best option. The issue was that everything seemed too small.
When Clover mead came to the market we made arrangements to view straight away, as we loved the position being in a cul-de-sac.
As soon as we arrived we noticed the property had a great frontage as it was set back from the road. We often entertain the family, so the spacious lounge was ideal.
