When we came to see the house for the first time, there was so much it offered compared to others on the market at the time. The age of the house was a real pull as the room sizes are larger than the newer properties and the character features were a must.

The lounge is a great place to relax with a bay window that lets the light flood through. It feels bright and spacious and with a fireplace, we were in heaven.

The garden is huge and great for anyone with green fingers. If it’s a family that go for it then there’s plenty of space for the children to run off all the excess energy with the local park and leisure centre only up the road.
