We moved here in the first place because of the size of the property compared to others in the same price range. It was a no brainer back then with three good size bedrooms and a large kitchen/dining area that nothing else we saw came close to.
We have children so the park round the corner becomes incredibly useful. Having everything else almost on your doorstep helps as you don’t even have to get the car off the driveway.
Although the house is a fantastic size we need something bigger now or we would be happy to stay here for many years to come.
