Living here for 22 years has been an absolute pleasure. The location is superb and the attraction was how close to the sea we are and having our own private garden. Being Freehold was an added advantage as we are in control with any maintenance issues.

Since moving in we have totally refurbished the property from top to bottom and have also added a loft room with a shower room. There is nothing to do apart from putting your own stamp on things.

We have loved living here, but sadly its time for us to move due to ill health. We hope the next owners will be as happy living here as we have been.
