When I was looking for somewhere to live, I needed space and lots of it. I searched high and low for a three bedroom flat but just couldn't find any at all. When this property came onto the market I felt like my prayers had been answered! It was a quiet area but so close to the transport links but more importantly it was huge. I hadn't even seen three bedroom houses with rooms of this size. I know I had to have it so I went right ahead and brought it.
Over the past few years I have rented the property out and it achieved a great rental. Either way if you're looking for somewhere to live or a rental property this place is ideal.
