The first thing that appealed to me was the space when I stepped through the door. It meant that the space could be used whichever way you felt would suit your needs. The added bonus was that there is a communal garden. With children it is great for them to let off steam but be close by.

As for the area it has many benefits. The corner shops are at one end of the road and Central Park is not too far from the other.
