This house has been in our family for just over 35 years and been a very happy home for us, the location is excellent, just a short walk from the front door is the seafront, harbour and town centre, so day to day life is both convenient and lots of fun. The neighbours here are friendly and we have made lots of friends in the area too. We have always maintained the house well including re-wiring the property seven years ago and re-fitting the kitchen to suit our needs and make it more conclusive to modern life. Recently we have re-freshened up the decor too, which we hope provides a blank canvas for the new owner. We will be sad to leave this area but will be staying the in Thanet area.
