One of the major attractions that drew me to this house four years ago was the fact that it was newly built so had all the space of the 1930s houses in the cul-de-sac but was immaculate and brand new inside with the benefit of remainder of the NHBC warranty too. The location was also brilliant for me as it is so close to everything so I can get everywhere so easily. It is also perfectly situated for the stations allowing me to get into London with ease. Since living here I have added the conservatory and changed the bathroom into a shower room for me. I also contemplated turning the downstairs cloakroom into a shower room as it certainly seems big enough to do so. I am now selling to move with my daughter but will miss the convenience of living here.
