One of us grew up in Brockham all our life and even went to the local school so it totally made sense to stay in the village and bring up our family here. We have now been here for over two decades and can honestly say there is no better place! The school is literally round the corner and you can also walk to the local village shops and pubs from here. Since living here, we have done so much to the house. We replaced the boiler, added the en-suite, updated both the kitchen and bathroom and redecorated throughout including replacing the flooring. We built the workshop which has air conditioning/heating and we also had solar panels installed. Because we own them outright, any new purchase will get the benefit of the feed in tariff
