My brother and I decided that we were going to buy a property together. Our jobs meant that we needed to be close to a station to travel into London. We initially looked at Horsham and Southwater and after viewing a few we started to like the idea of living in a village. Being keen cyclists the Downs Link was a real bonus. When we first arrived we were very impressed as it looked imposing from the outside. Once inside we could not believe the amount of space and how contemporary it felt.

We have had some amazing times with friends and family. We subsequently moved to London and rented it out and have now decided to sell and will be very sad to let it go.
