Property description
This imposing family home is conveniently situated in the heart of what is considered to be a quintessential English village just four miles from the bustling town of Guildford. Built in the early 1990s to an individual design, it not only has a wonderful amount of living space inside but also a garden which, although a great size, is still easily manageable and features a stunning willow tree and attractive fishpond. There is even a gate leading onto a woodland area to the rear which provides a lovely backdrop to the view from the conservatory. Here is somewhere you can truly relax in, soaking up the sun for much of the day and well into the evening - what could be more perfect?
The good sized living room would be ideal for entertaining friends and family, whilst the study is a perfect hide-away for those wanting a little peace and quiet to concentrate on their work.
The master bedroom area not only has an en-suite bathroom complete with separate shower cubicle but a useful dressing area too, whilst both the remaining bedrooms are generously proportioned as is the family bathroom.
The location is one of the main attractions of this house - midway between Cranleigh and Guildford with their excellent shops and amenities - and with the picturesque Surrey Hills nearby for those who love the outdoor life, it truly has something for everyone!

My father first saw this house during its construction and decided to buy it there and then, giving us the opportunity to influence its design and finish. Our mother was a keen gardener and took great pride in her lovely garden which has given her such pleasure over the years. With the double garage and extensive parking area, it's never been a problem to park when visiting her.
Now that the house has become a little too much for our mother to manage, it is now the turn of another family to appreciate all it has to offer.
