We love the unique character of this cottage.
It was refurbished fifteen years ago and we think it is just perfect; we can enjoy the views of the largest village green in Hampshire from our living room and really feel part of village life, watching horses, cyclists and the locals go past.
Everything we need is within three hundred yards including the Rowlands Castle Golf Course and the train station.

It is warm and cozy in the winter and cool and refreshing in the summer with pretty gardens to the front and rear.
If we were not looking to the very long future we would not look to move but feel that the time is right and we hope the next owners love it as much as we have.
