Property description

Derval Farm is a 147.06 acre farm situated in a ring fence. At the heart of the farmstead is Derval Farmhouse, a south facing two storey traditional farmhouse providing three bedrooms, with considerable potential to improve and extend either into the loft or into the attached single storey traditional farm building. The house is in need of renovation and provides a blank canvas for creating a very special property. It is centrally heated and double glazed throughout. To the south of the farmstead is a two storey traditional barn, again south facing and with views over the farm towards Drift Reservoir and Mounts Bay. This uninterrupted view would give good scope for a dwelling (subject to planning) if the barn were to be converted. The farmstead also provides a general range of smaller traditional buildings and more modern portal framed and open fronted livestock sheds.
