We came across this property just as it was about to be put up for sale by a local property developer prior to being renovated. With hard hat on, we asked the builder to let us have a wander around the house, which had fallen into disrepair. One hour later, an agreement having been reached, we began the journey bringing the home back to life.
The property dates back to the 15th Century, it is rumoured to be one of the oldest houses in Reigate, with the original features still present in the core of the building.
