When we moved here we were looking for the archetypal family home with access to the mainline railway and schools. For work, we need to use the motorway and rail network regularly and because both are just minutes away we save on travel time giving us more time as a family.
Since we moved here, our family has grown and we consider ourselves lucky as there are lots of young families in the road. There is a nice community feel here especially our neighbours. There is planning for a detached garage in our garden as we have vehicular access at the back. We didn’t need a garage so haven’t taken the opportunity to build one so the planning has lapsed, however if someone wants to do this then you can just reapply to renew the application.
