We’ve done so much work to the property over the time we’ve been here to make it what it is today. The property was almost inhabitable with no heating system and rotten windows, we have done almost everything from top to bottom.

Being in a cul-de-sac really lends this to families or someone who likes the quieter lifestyle. We converted the garage to make an extra room downstairs as we had the driveway at the front for parking. We felt it gave us the best of both worlds with so much more in terms of living space but still having parking, we just had to do it.

Overall we will miss this house dearly but hope the next owner will love it for many years
