We often have family coming over from abroad, so when we started looking for a home space was really important. We viewed a lot of properties and even the three bedroom bungalows were too small, or the layouts didn't work for us.
We then viewed this home and couldn't believe the size of extra space in the annexe area. Not only did it have the two bedrooms that we needed, but we could put up the family comfortably in the other rooms.
Having the double garage at the back of the property has been ideal as we can pull up and get straight into our home.
