After spending five wonderful years here, I now feel the time is right to move on. The property has been a joy to live in during that time and I have really enjoyed improving it and putting my own stamp on many of the rooms. The loft extension provided a brilliant amount of extra space upstairs, but also gave me an extra space downstairs that my son currently uses as his play area.

The garden is lovely and gets so much sun, as well as the beautiful views we enjoy. The location really is fantastic and is so handy being just round the corner from the local primary school and also the bus stops taking me right into the city centre. I shall be really sad to leave, but I know that the next owners will have a wonderful home to enjoy as much as I have over the years.
