We have lived here for quite a few years now and have spent time creating a home to be proud of. We extended to the rear of the property and up into the loft to create much more space which has been very useful.
Our children spent their formative years here and everything they needed was to hand - schools, parks, leisure centre and transport links in and out of town. Of course the beach is just a short trip over the harbour lock which is great all year round but especially in the summer.
We are now downsizing and hope that the new owners will enjoy this property as much as we have.
