This place has really been a wonderful home for me. It does need some work but the location more than makes up for it.

The shops are just down the road and the beach is even closer, so for those morning walks to the shops for the morning paper it is just perfect.

I am only moving to be closer to family and I am also selling with no forward chain to try and make it even easier for the next buyers.

The garden is also wonderful and someone with a bit of imagination could make it really beautiful.
