Property description

This superb three bedroom extended home has been lovingly updated and cared for by the current owners. This means that you could just move in, unpack and start to enjoy your new life in your new home.

The spacious semi-detached bungalow has so much to offer, it is hard to know where to begin. One of the most attractive features is the light airy rooms, with lots of windows which allow the home to be bathed in sunshine all day. With this home's elevated position in the road, you also get magnificent views too!

The delightful large modern kitchen/diner is the hub of the home and the place where most of the family will gather to catch up on the day's events. Then after dinner you can all relax in the lounge, in front of the cosy fire.

The rear garden has been a real passion for the current owners and is presented in good condition. It is secluded and peaceful and you can often find them relaxing on the patio, watching the wildlife come and go in the peace and quiet.

With off street parking for several cars and a detached garage, you will never have to worry about carrying those shopping bags too far. So why not call now and book that all important viewing, this is one not to be missed!

What the Owner says:

When we first looked at our home we fell in love with the location. Now we find we have been here for several years and have fallen in love with many other things as well. The garden is our joy, it is really sunny and very peaceful. Behind us is an orchard, used by the local primary school, so we occasionally hear the laughter of the children. In the evening we get a variety of wildlife including squirrels, badgers, many birds and the odd fox, so there is always something to see.

We have really enjoyed our time here and will be sad to leave, but it is definitely time for a new chapter in our lives. We hope that the new owners have as much enjoyment here as we have.
