This was my father's home and he loved being close to the lovely country walks and great views from the bungalow. It was also easy for him to jump on the bus and get into Brighton and beyond, getting about was never an issue.
We have recently put in a new kitchen and bathroom and decorated throughout so the property is ready to move into. The only thing you would have to do is choose your colour.
Parking has never been a problem as we have a driveway and a garage so it is ideal if you have more than one car.
