The views sold the property to us and everyday we feel lucky to be able to look out at the sea or across the South Downs. We can watch the sun rise and set.

The block is exceptionally well run by the management agents and always clean and tidy. The bus stop just outside the block is very convenient if you wan to leave the car at home in the garage.
