ADDITIONAL FEES

When applying for a rental property through Bartrams Sales & Lettings there will be fees and a Deposit to pay. We will ask for a non-refundable administration fee of £199.00 inclusive of VAT for a one person tenancy per property, which rises by £99.00 inclusive of VAT for each additional person over the age of 18 years. This fee also covers credit and reference checks. If you require a guarantor this will cost an additional £50.00 inclusive of VAT. A Deposit will also be required prior to your move in and is equal to one months rent or in exceptional circumstances a different amount may be advertised, this will then be submitted to the DPS.
Other charges which may apply
Charge of an individual on a tenant agreement of £99.00 + VAT and an early termination of tenancy agreement charge of £99.00 +VAT. If you were to renew the tenancy agreement a charge of £60 + VAT will incur. A contribution to the Check Out/Inventory will be £25 + VAT this can be deducted from your deposit should you wish. Late payment charges will occur of £20 + VAT per 7 days of being in arrears.
