Since owning the home there have been plenty of improvements carried out which I feel will make a huge difference to any new owner.

We installed LPG heating (as the street has no mains gas) and added loft insulation, creating a warm and efficient house, which is cheaper to run than electric, a real plus point compared to other houses.

Other improvements include the bathroom and most noticeably the garden. In this area everything has been changed for the better. From new fence panels to a decked area ideal for a table and chairs. There is a large lawn area that is also great for children to play safely.

We've lived here as a family and have been very happy, we hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have.
