Having lived here for five years, we have thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of our home to the high street, train station and Reigate. For a 35 minute journey into town, a seven minute walk to the station, makes it an ideal commute. The kitchen/diner meant that we could enjoy socialising with friends whilst being able to be great hosts, and enjoy a drink on the roof terrace. This is a friendly road with a nice community around it, with the Deli on the hill at it's epicentre.
