This is a perfect first time buyers home. All the rooms are of a great size, as both bedrooms are doubles and, having the bathroom upstairs, has been a real bonus with our toddler. In comparison to some others that I had viewed when I was purchasing, I much preferred the layout here, as the porch leads to a hallway as opposed to walking straight into the lounge.
It is so convenient to get around, as there are bus stops at the bottom of the road and ideal for commuters to travel to London daily. We have enjoyed many summers in the garden, as it is peaceful and private as it isn't overlooked at the back. The neighbours are lovely and we hope the new owners will enjoy this home as much as we have over the years.
