When I was looking to buy 12 years ago, I was moving to the area due to work. I viewed several houses, but as soon as I saw this one I fell in love with it. Although it needed updating, I loved the size and layout and knew that I could make the necessary changes. In my time here, I have refitted the kitchen and bathroom, installed central heating, insulated the loft and added cavity wall insulation, and decorated throughout. After all this hardwork and effort my vision became reality and I found it a lovely and convenient place to live. I have now retired so am looking to move closer to family by the coast, and shall be sad to leave but happy in the knowledge that this will make someone else a lovely home to be proud of!
