This has been a truly wonderful place to live and we have been extremely happy here for the last 18 years. One of the things we like most is the location, it is fantastic because it is in a nice quiet spot. From the front windows we have a wonderful view over the countryside opposite. It is also very convenient for access to the motorways and for some excellent schools found here in Wilmington. The area is very friendly and it has a lovely village atmosphere, there is a handy shop close by as well as a choice of country pubs and places to walk or exercise.

The house itself is really comfortable. We added a large conservatory, and in our opinion this has really enhanced the property. It also means we can enjoy the garden all year round. We also have a garage which is at the back of the garden and because it is such a quiet area parking is never a problem.
