It was probably the Victorian style fireplaces that got us when we bought the home, so many homes we saw had them removed, so they really do make a special feature of the room and an excellent focal point.

We also loved the fact we had no work to do, the home had been completely modernised throughout, so as first time buyers, we did not need to worry about having to carry out work or additional expenditure.

We love how quiet the road is, the west facing garden, which we immediately had plans for. We love the area and will be staying local.
