Both town centre and train station are within walking distance, so very easy to get around. The cellar can be very handy and can easily be used as a playroom for the children.
It has been a very happy home, but the time has come where the children need separate bedrooms. I do hope the new buyers will enjoy it as much as I have, despite what they choose to do with it.
