Take a right hand turn onto Causey Hill Road, follow this road past the racecourse and take a left hand turning through the gate signposted Blackhill Farm. The property is at the end of the track.  

SERVICES Mains water and electricity with private drainage via a septic tank. Oil fired central heating also supplying the domestic hot water with an immersion heater as back up. 

CHARGES The tenant will be required to meet all outgoings including council tax. Northumberland County Council Tax Band B. There will also be a non-refundable charge of £210 (including VAT) for the administration of the application and credit checks. This charge is payable on the submission of the application for the tenancy.
