Bedroom 1 is a good sized double room with ample space for storage. The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and drawers along one wall.
The neutrally decorated lounge is a perfect size for a few seating options and offers views out to the communal gardens and seating area. The kitchen is just off the lounge and has a number of fitted units and a built in oven with extractor fan.
The shower room is also located off the hallway with a good size shower cubicle but could easily fit a bath if required.

Just outside the apartment there is a lovely covered area where you can sit and enjoy the gardens even if the weather is a little wet!

The Beaumont offers many day to day activities which you can join in on if you so wish or maybe just enjoy a glass of wine sitting in one of the conservatories enjoying the company of others whilst watching the wildlife in the gardens.

There are different independent living lifestyle packages to suit the individual requirements and the service charge covers not only your electricity and water bills but also all the external maintenance, window cleaning, buildings insurance, all the community facilities, gardens and estate management and security.
