I moved here almost 18 years ago now and I can honestly say that I have loved every minute of living here. It's amazing being in the centre of town and to have the driveway for parking is a godsend! Since living here, one of the best things I did was buy the freehold with the flat below. This not only gave us total control but also means we don't waste any money each month in pointless maintenance fees. My favourite place to sit and get the sunshine is on the front step in my garden. It's going to be a very tough day for me when moving day comes as I will miss it dearly but it is time for me to move out of the area and let someone else enjoy the benefits of living here.
