The lounge area has a tranquil feel with the kitchen coming off meaning you can stay in touch with your family whilst cooking in the kitchen.
What the Owner says:
The main reason I chose to live in Fairfield Road was its fantastic location to the City. It's so nice to come home from work and leave the City behind. The area is very green and has a great feel to it. Since living here I have kept the property modern and recently decorated throughout. The road is quiet and the neighbours are very friendly.
The local amenities are great and if I ever need a loaf of bread or a pint of milk I don't have far to go. James Hawkey Hall is only minutes away and there are regular plays throughout the year. The Castle on the High Road is a nice place to pop out on a Sunday for some lunch.
