The location here is brilliant! Just a short walk to Hove Lagoon and the beach, bus and train transport links are on the doorstep with all the shopping conveniences of Boundary Road around the corner.

The flat itself has always had a warm and inviting feel, we extended last summer to create a really social living space and the new dining area has become one of our favourite rooms, it is a perfect sunny spot for a morning coffee!

The garden is a real feature with lots of tropical plants and is a total sun-trap in the summer. We have LOVED living in our garden flat and hope the new owners will too.
