Living here is an absolute joy and pleasure. The location is superb, with Grand Avenue being one of the most attractive roads in Worthing. The extra wide road means parking is very easy for visitors. If you don't drive then the local bus stop is just outside to take you into town or Brighton. There is also West Worthing train station at the top of the road which gives superb mainline access to London.

Langham Court is walking distance to the seafront and local restaurants, so a stroll by the sea will be a very relaxing regular treat. I have improved the flat throughout to a high standard so the next owners will have nothing to do but decide on where to put their furniture.
