I purchase this flat in the 80's and this was a great home for me. It's conveniently located to all the surrounding shops and I regularly take a stroll down George Lane and make the most of all the shops being on my door step.

I often enjoy dining out in one of the wide range of local restaurants and if I need to be in the City, I can jump on the tube in South Woodford.
