I first moved into this flat in 1999 and I can honestly say that I loved living here. It was a super size and it had the perfect balance for me.

It was still within reach of Dorking for getting into London and if I ever had friends stay there was plenty of room for them to do so. It's also within 5 minutes of some amazing walks up Holmwood Common which is National Trust and Coldharbour/Leith Hill which is great for mountain biking too.

I started renting the property out some time ago and I know the tenant would love to stay if she could so if anyone wanted to buy it as an investment and keep her on then they could.
