I moved here because I could see the potential. I have since fitted a new kitchen and bathroom and also replaced the windows. The flat is so cosy, I really love spending time here.

The area is great and the neighbours are so friendly. I have to travel to work and with the A27 being so accessible this has been very convenient location.

I will be sad to leave but I am now relocating for work.
