I bought this flat 21 years ago as I fell in love with the location. It's ideal for everything, the shops, restaurant, stations and even local schools (including St Pauls) It's been a great investment for me and I have always been able to get a tenant easily. I have some excellent tenants at the moment and I would love to really sell to an investor who would like to keep them on board as I know they would love to stay. That said, I would be open to other buyers and circumstance as well. I'm only looking to sell to buy something closer to where I live.
