We were living in Orpington and wanted to move closer to Crawley because of work. We decided to look within Horsham and the surrounding areas. We ventured into Southwater and completely fell in love with the village atmosphere. When we arrived we liked how peaceful the cul-de-sac felt, the parking was amazing and there was a garage. Once inside we loved the light and airy feel and how well balanced the accommodation was. When we saw the garden we knew we had to have it and wasted no time in making an offer.
