There were two main reasons we were attracted to the house – the first was the location and the second was the garden. The location has been brilliant as we can walk to the Priory Park in less than five minutes and it is a quick way to cut through to get into town. More locally there is a shop and a garage both of which we use regularly.

For us the garden was a big factor – in our price range we found that there were mostly apartments to buy and none of these offered any real outside space so to get our own garden has been excellent.
