I wanted to buy a modern property within Southwater and ideally something that was in good order and in a nice quiet location. After viewing several houses I was starting to become a little bit despondent as most houses were small and dark. I decided to look at this new site in Harvest Meadows and was immediately blown away with the position of this one and loved the fact it was an end of terrace. Once inside I really loved the finish of the kitchen and bathroom and the size of the bedrooms. The garden has been ideal for BBQ's in the summer months and the cul-de-sac is very safe for my child to play outside without me worrying.
