When we bought this house it needed a lot of work. Practically every wall has been re-plastered. The bathroom and kitchen were replaced and likewise the boiler. The house has recently been redecorated in a neutral colour scheme and we have only just fitted new carpets so anyone can move in without having to do any work. The roof was renewed in 2013 and the loft was insulated and rendered. Our next project was going to be extending into the loft which is huge. All plumbing and electrical works were done by qualified tradesmen and the boiler got serviced every year since installation.

The garden is very large, with terraces providing good views and privacy no matter where you choose to sit.
