We have lived here now for 28 years and its been a fantastic place to bring up my family. Having a great size kitchen was one of the reasons I bought the house as we could all sit down at meal times as a family and its great for those social gatherings, no more hiding away in the kitchen while your guests are enjoying themselves in another room!!
With Newhaven close by its so easy to nip down to Sainsbury's for that weekly shop and if its just a few things needed there is a local store close by. For further afield the train will take you to Lewes and from there London is less than an hour away.
We will be staying in the local area as we love living here but now need more space for our ever growing family.
