Our parents loved living in this property and they did so happily for many years. The bungalow has been in our family for almost 30 years and we have always found the area to be quiet and friendly. The bus stop is approximately a 5 minutes walk away with a short ride to the supermarket and onward into the City centre. Local shops, doctors, dentist and a veterinary surgery are all within 10 minutes walk. There is also a farm shop and butchers nearby. We have recently painted the interior paint work in neutral colours to provide a blank canvass for the new owners. The garden is easily manageable and there is loads of parking on the driveway.
